Rhythm and Blues in the Pearl 2026: Community Recap

On Friday, July 17th, the Pearl District Neighborhood Association, in partnership with Summer Free For All, hosted Rhythm and Blues in the Pearl at Jamison Square Park. The free outdoor concert drew more than 1,200 attendees to the Fountain Steps for an evening of live music from Bridgecity Soul.

Neighbors gathered with lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic spreads, filling the park for what proved to be one of this summer's most well-attended community events. The turnout reflects the continued strength of the Pearl District's community spirit and its appetite for shared, accessible programming.
