Jazz in the Pearl Recap – 7/11/25

What a night to remember! Hundreds of people filled Jamison Square Park for an unforgettable evening of live jazz under the summer sky. The music was nothing short of electric—Norman Sylvester and Lenanne Miller brought the energy, and the crowd brought the love. From lawn chairs and picnic blankets to spontaneous dancing in the fountain, the Pearl was truly alive with rhythm and community spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to share the moment with us—we’re so grateful to be part of such a vibrant and supportive neighborhood. Special thanks to our sponsors, NWCC and the Pearl District Neighborhood Association, and to our incredible partners at Portland Parks & Recreation’s Summer Free For All for helping make events like this possible.

The goal of this meeting is to create direct dialogue between neighbors, local nonprofits, and invited public officials.
