As reported on the Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon: A total renovation of a one-story structure in Portland’s Pearl District is under way. The former industrial building at the corner of Northwest Flanders Street and 14th Avenue will be getting a seismic upgrade as well as new windows and storefronts to make way for 20,000 square feet of office and retail space. Robert Gray Partners is the general contractor and architect of record for the project for the Real Estate Investment Group. Work should be completed in early spring.
