Description

The PDNA communications committee oversees communication between the PDNA and neighbors. Its tools include the website, social media and an electronic newsletter. Participation in the committee mainly consists of gathering stories and photos to keep the outlets fresh with new information and images.

The best thing about joining this committee is that participation can be facilitated electronically – you just submit articles and photos or volunteer to be a content creator for our social media and it’s as simple as that. Meetings occur monthly and we usually discuss new stories to cover and strategies for reaching more neighbors.

The primary goal of the communications committee is to be inclusive, to reach as many neighbors as possible so more people are informed about what is going on in the neighborhood and with the PDNA.
