Planning, Transportation & Design Review
This active, influential committee meets twice a month to oversee, discuss and act upon development issues affecting the look, feel and functionality of the Pearl District.

Communications Committee
The Communications committee is now active and recruiting. We are looking for people to help with the website, emails, and a new quarterly newsletter coming out in January.
Communications is also looking for people to send us pictures to keep the site updated with everything going on in the neighborhood.

Livability Committee
This committee meets twice monthly to address and manage issues that directly impact the livability of the neighborhood.
The committee oversee the Good Neighbor Agreement program, Polish the the Pearl Clean Up events, graffiti reporting, the trash can and mutt mitts programs, emergency preparedness training, neighborhood fund raisers, social events and other issues affecting the neighborhood’s livability.
We strongly encourage our neighbors to attend meetings and join our friendly group. There are a lot of issues affecting livability in the Pearl and we always welcome new, motivated members!
