Does your building have an emergency preparedness plan? What is your building’s liability for not having a plan? Does your property management company have a plan for your building? What you don’t know may hurt you!

The law firm of Vial Fotheringham will provide insight on liability issues of emergency preparedness planning.

Who should attend:
-Homeowner association board or committee members
-Property managers of condos and rental buildings with or without an emergency plan
-Owners, tenants or anyone who lives or works in a multi-story building and wants to know what an emergency preparedness plan should be

If your building has a plan, bring it to compare. Pearl District HOAs that have successfully implemented emergency preparedness plans will also make their materials available for discussion.

Sponsored by the Pearl District Neighborhood Association. Our goal is to help Pearl District residents be prepared for emergencies and situations unique to those living in vertical high-density communities. Questions? Call Jan Valentine at 503/ 715-2822.
