Graffiti is an insidious activity that leads to many other quality of life issues. The Pearl District Neighborhood Association Livability and Safety Committee has established a volunteer GRAFFITI BUSTER program that in the past few years has effectively eradicated much of the graffiti in our neighborhood and become a model for the city, but it is a constant battle. In recent months, heightened graffiti activity at the city owned Centennial Mills property has encouraged increased tagging in our neighborhood.

We don’t have the resources or purview to eradicate the Centennial Mills graffiti, and with city budgets being cut, now more than ever we need your help to continue this important work as incidents continue to occur.

Please join us by adopting a block and working with our other dedicated volunteers to keep our neighborhood graffiti free. We will supply the training and the necessary materials and tools to get the job done. A little bit of your time will go a long way. Thank you!
