Centennial Mills is a 4.75-acre site on the river in the Pearl District. It will be a historic redevelopment with a focus on culinary restaurants and businesses as part of celebrating Portland’s environment and agricultural heritage. More info at www.centennialmills.org

The Fields Park

The Fields Park on the north end of the Pearl District is the current de facto dog park. Planning for the park is revamping and construction expected to start in 2010. Contact Patricia Gardner for details.

Broadstone ENSO

Located @ 14th at Marshall right across the street from Safeway, the ENSO apartments are almost complete and are a great addition to the Pearl District Neighborhood.

Pearl Family Housing

138-unit affordable, family-oriented building with ground-floor community service tenants at 1350 N.W. Raleigh St. The building’s ground floor would incorporate an outdoor courtyard area that can be accessed by future residents. Construction has started recently.
