Glenn has lived in the Pearl for the past seven years at both the Louisa Apartments and Bridgeport Condominiums. He is a retired civil and environmental engineer and has worked as a city planner. He is currently working with other neighborhood groups and organizations representing the Pearl in reducing air pollutants and in cleaning up the Portland Harbor. He is also active in planning and transportation issues confronting the Pearl.
